Saratoga Springs is once again in the spotlight, having been nominated for USA Today's 10Best Readers' Choice Award for Best Summer Travel Destination. Known for its rich cultural events, outdoor activities, and historic charm, the city finished fourth in last year's rankings. Voting for this year's award began on Monday (April 13) and will continue until Monday, May 11, allowing supporters to vote once per day.

Saratoga Springs offers a unique blend of attractions that make it a quintessential summer destination. Visitors can enjoy thoroughbred horse racing at the renowned Saratoga Race Course, performances at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, and outdoor activities such as boating and kayaking on Saratoga Lake. The city's vibrant arts scene, including the Beekman Street Arts District, adds to its appeal.

According to USA Today, the nomination considers factors such as culture, recreation, entertainment, and family-friendly experiences. Darryl Leggieri, president of Discover Saratoga, expressed excitement about the nomination, stating that it reflects the community's energy and the memorable experiences that draw visitors back each year.
