A homeless man, Kyle Baker, is set to appear in court today (April 16) in Saratoga Springs after being charged with second-degree murder. Authorities allege that Baker, 52, was involved in a deadly altercation with John "Clay" Williamson, 44, on Tuesday morning (April 14).
