On December 13th at 9 am there will be a Remembrance Wreath Laying Ceremony at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery at 4069 Howlett Hill Road. There are over 6,000 Veterans buried there, and the goal is to one day have a wreath on every grave.
