The Process to Repeal Obamacare Begins

The process has begun in Congress to get rid of President Barack Obama's signature health care law.

Overnight, the Senate passed a nonbinding budget measure that eases the way for action on subsequent repeal legislation as soon as next month.

The House votes on the measure tomorrow, but more and more Republicans are concerned about getting rid of "Obamacare" without having a replacement in place.
