Saratoga County Sheriffs report that two deputies were hurt responding to a call that also injured a woman early this morning in Malta.
27 year old Donnell Bertrand of Schenectady is accused of pushing his sister down an embankment and damaging her vehicle. The woman struck her back on a guide rail. Donnell is also accused of kicking and spitting at the two deputies who responded. As a result, he is charged with Assault, Obstruction, Harassment, and Criminal Mischief.
Donnell is at Saratoga County Jail in lieu of 30 thousand dollars bail.
