Rotterdam Police say they now believe a teen's report of an attempted kidnapping was made-up.
The 15-year-old girl said she was walking on Duanesburg Road around 8:00pm Sunday when a vehicle pulled up next to her and the driver tried to grab her.
Cops say the facts surrounding the case are still being evaluated and charges of falsely reporting an incident are being considered.
