Fox News' parent company 21st Century Fox is cutting ties with host Bill O'Reilly over the fallout from sexual harassment allegations.

The company released a statement today confirming that O'Reilly will not be returning to the network.

The move comes after reports that the network and O'Reilly paid millions of dollars to settle sexual harassment allegations.

Here's the statement from FOX News:

“After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the Company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel.”

This coming Monday, FOX News will move Tucker Carlson to 8pm, "The Five" will move to 9pm, and "The Five's" Eric Bolling will host his own show at 5pm. Martha MacCallum will host her show permanently at 7pm.
