An accident in Schaghticoke Wednesday morning has taken the life of a 17-year-old.
Police say William Rowe died after the truck he was driving on Route 40 collided with an RV being driven by 52-year-old Angel Martinez. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
Martinez and a passenger in Rowe's truck were also injured, but both are expected to recover.
Rowe was a senior at Hoosic Valley High School.
