Most of the counties in the Capital Region will get some Federal Disaster Assistance to help pay for the damage caused by the March 14th Winter storm that dumped more than 17 inches of snow in the Capital Region.

President Trump signed a disaster declaration that will free up funds for emergency work and the repair of facilities damaged by the severe snowstorm.

Governor Cuomo says state and local governments spent more than $31 million responding during the storm and in infrastructure repair.
