A Guilderland woman is facing three charges, 2 felonies and a drug charge, after Guilderland Police say she was driving under the influence of prescription drugs, and was intentionally trying to injure her husband, who was in the car.
Police say that Patricia Dudley initially struck a utility pole on Route 146, shearing the pole in half.
After, she then drove to Goffredo Drive, where she drove over a stop sign on Goffredo Drive and Terry Avenue, then onto a front lawn on Terry Avenue, nearly striking the home.
Dudley is facing a driving under the influence of drugs charge, and two felony charges of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
She is in the Albany County Jail.
