***Update**** 6:55 PM Saratoga County Sheriffs Deputies say they took Amanda Rua into custody in Clifton Park.
Update: At 5:50 this afternoon, Troy Police Captain Dan Dewolf tells WGY that the baby is safe and sound. Frank Bragg taken into custody in Glenville. A warrant is still out for Amanda Rua.
Update: Troy Police Department is now identifying the suspects as the mother and father of the baby. They say there are active Family Court warrants for both and an order to take custody of Donovan.
The Troy City Police Department has activated the New York State AMBER Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred near Spring Ave., in Troy, NY at about 11:30 AM on 10/20/2017.
The CHILD, Donavan Bragg is a White male, approximately 0 years 3 months old with blue eyes. He is approximately 2 feet 0 inches long and weighs about 15 pounds.
The SUSPECT, Frank Bragg is a White male, approximately 40 years old with short, brown hair and hazel eyes. He is approximately 6 feet 0 inches tall and weighs about 230 pounds.
The SUSPECT, Amanda Rua is a White female, approximately 36 years old with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds. The suspect was last seen wearing a pink shirt, black leggings, and silver shoes and possibly a jean jacket..
The VEHICLE has been identified as a Black 4-door sedan Honda Accord with NY license plate number HRU2020.
The VEHICLE was last seen traveling Southwest on Spring Ave.
Subjects fled the location with the child under circumstances that lead the police to believe that the child is in imminent danger.
