Funeral services are set for a veteran state trooper.
Michael Anson recently died from an illness that he contracted after helping out with search and recovery efforts at Ground Zero following the 9/11 terror attacks.
Anson also worked out of Troop G for more than 30 years, including tours of duty at the East Greenbush, Brunswick, Schodack, and New Scotland barracks.
Calling hours will be held on Monday at Siena College's Marcelle Athletic Complex, with the funeral on Tuesday, also on the Siena campus.
