Corinth Teen Arrested for Making Threat Against School

Police say a threat at Corinth Central School on Monday Morning has resulted in a 14 year-old-boy being arrested.

The boy is facing charges after he threatened to shoot his ex-girlfriend and others at the school.

The Glens Falls Post Star reports that the boy sent a text message to his 13-year-old ex-girlfriend, saying he was on his way to the school to shoot her and then shoot others in the school.

The girl told her parents, who then told police.

The student is facing a felony charge of making a terroristic threat, and aggravated harassment; which is a misdemeanor.
