Pittsfield Army Vet Surprised with New Wheelchair

A tremendous job by Pittsfield Officer Darren Derby.

He met an Army veteran named Billy, who had one leg amputated for health reasons.

Billy needed a new motorized wheelchair, because his is broken. So Officer Derby, and members of his church got to work, raised money and presented Billy with a new wheelchair for his birthday.

Billy filled with tears and was barely able to choke out a thank you to everyone.
