With a time of 15-minutes and 48 seconds, 26-year-old Sarah Pagano of Brighton, Massachusetts is the winner of the 40th annual Freihofer's Run for Women, one of the largest all-female 5Ks in the United States.
Pagano says it is anyone's race, kind of, and that is always fun to come into.
The Albany race included competitors, ranging from ages 7 to 88, from 22 different states.
Out of all the runners, Pagano beat out 4 former Olympians.
