On Sunday Afternoon Police Identified the Victim as 31 Year old Kahlil Barnes of Albany.
Albany Police responded to the area of 1st Street and Quail Street at 12:30 this morning. A 31-year-old male was found in a car who had been shot. The victim was treated at the scene and transported to Albany Med where he was pronounced dead. .
