A new Siena poll is asking New Yorkers, "are you satisfied with your life?"
44% of New Yorkers surveyed are more satisfied than they were a year ago. Of 11 different aspects of life, the poll found we're happiest with family relationships, followed by our relationships with friends and acquaintances.
18% statewide say they're completely satisfied with their financial condition, 70%, are either not very or not at all happy with the world as a whole, including political trends and the direction the world is going.
Upstate numbers pretty much mirror those of the rest of New York.
53% upstate respondents say they're completely satisfied with where they live.
