Suspicious Packages Mailed To Clintons, Obama, CNN

A suspicious package has been intercepted by the US Secret Service addressed to Bill and Hillary Clinton's home in Chappaqua, New York. The FBI is telling News 4 NY that it contains a device that's eerily similar to the bomb found in a mailbox Monday at George Soros' home in nearby Katonah.

A senior law enforcement official says an explosive device was found by a technician who screens mail for the Clintons.

The Time Warner Center in NYC has been evacuated due to a suspicious package, CNN has studios in that building.

Another package was addressed to Barack Obama in Washington, DC.

The Joint Terrorism Task Force is investigating, concerned that the same person could be building mini pipe bombs and mailing them to Democratic leaders and donors, like George Soros.

The White House has commented, “We condemn the attempted violent attacks recently made against President Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and other public figures. These terrorizing acts are despicable, and anyone responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect anyone threatened by these cowards.” Sarah Sanders
