In one of the most closely watched congressional races in the country, Democrat Antonio Delgado is heading to Capitol Hill. He was able to beat incumbent Republican John Faso in the 19th Congressional District battle. The race featured several negative campaign ads from both sides in the weeks leading up to Election Day. Delgado has never held public office.
