A Middleburgh woman is dead, and another arrested for DWI following a one-car crash early Sunday in the town of Rennselaerville.
Albany County Sheriff's say the crash happened at the intersection of Pond Hill Road and County Route 10 early Sunday morning.
Driver Harley Kelly was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Passenger Emily Fydenkevez was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kelly faces numerous charges.
