A suspicious death of a six-week-old baby on Van Vechten Street in Cohoes has resulted in an investigation for Cohoes and State Police.
Police say the infant's father, Anthony Ojeda, has made admissions regarding incidents that have occurred. Cohoes Detectives say that Ojeda is being charged with 2nd degree manslaughter for an incident they say occurred on Tuesday and assault in the second degree for a separate incident that occurred in early November that involved the same infant.

Ojeda was sent to the Albany County Jail on $100,000 bail.
