A special sensory friendly autism awareness basketball game will take place Sunday at the Times Union Center. Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara, his son Michael and the Siena Saints Basketball team are teaming up to host the event. Santabarbara says the event brings awareness of the obstacles and challenges that families affected by autism face every day. Noise reduction, special lighting levels and sensory rooms will be made available throughout the game. The Saints take on Holy Cross at 2 o'clock.
