Justice for Dahmeek, the group that organized Sunday's large and peaceful rally in Troy, held a news conference this morning at Troy City Hall. The group is calling on local leaders to make changes to police procedures and are critical of Mayor Madden's recently announced Police Objective Review Board.

The group was formed in Troy after the 2017 shooting of Dahmeek McDonald, who was shot by police after a traffic stop. A Grand Jury found the shooting was justified.
