Soldier Arrested During Troy's 'Black Lives Matter' Rally Back at Fort Drum

A soldier who was arrested in Troy last weekend during the 'Black Lives Matter' rally returned to Fort Drum with a GPS monitoring device on his ankle.

Police say 22 year old Noah Latham was carrying a loaded pistol on Sixth Avenue between Congress and Ferry Street on Sunday.

He is charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Latham is assigned to the 10th Mountain Division.
