Troy police reveal more information in connection to a deadly shooting from last weekend.
A teen was shot late last Friday night on Swift Street between 6th and 7th Ave and was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police have now identified the victim as 18 year-old Donnovan Clayton.
Detectives believe he was walking home and was hit by a stray bullet from a nearby shooting, describing the situation as being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Police are still investigating and are asking for anyone who may have been in that area during the shooting to come forward with any information.
