Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan announced the city will open several public pools within the next few weeks.
Lincoln Park, Arbor Hill, Mater Christi Pools and the city’s spray pads are expected to be open by Friday, July 3.
The mayor also says Capital Hills Golf Course will open on Tuesday.
Capital Hills has been open for people who want to go for a run or walk, and pets have been allowed on the course as well.
But the course has not been open to golfers.
Over one thousand people signed a petition online to reopen the course.
