Limited Visitation to NY Nursing Homes Begins Next Week

The State Department of Health announcing Friday that nursing homes and long term care facilities in New York will be allowed to resume limited visitations as of July 15. Health Commissioner Dr. Zucker says that residents at facilities that have been without COVID-19 for at least 28 days will be allowed to have two visitors at a time.

The visitors must undergo temperature checks, wear face coverings and socially distance during the visit.
