New Restrictions Announced for Bars and Restaurants in NY

Governor Cuomo out with new guidelines for restaurants and bars in New York.

Establishments are now only permitted to serve alcohol to people who are ordering and eating food. Additionally, all service at bar tops must only be for seated patrons who are socially distanced by six feet or separated by physical barriers.

Cuomo also urged New Yorkers who see violations or have concerns to report complaints to the State Liquor Authority.
