North Country Congresswoman Elise Stefanik is set to address the Republican National Convention in a primetime speech Wednesday night and she will also be featured in a video set to air tonight.
The Daily Gazette reports that Stefanik and Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel filmed the video last week at the Johnstown Historical Society Museum. It features the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment guaranteeing women the right to vote. Suffragist movement leader Elizabeth Cady Stanton spent much of her early life in Johnstown.
