After being closed and shut down due to the Coronavirus pandemic, many state operated casinos are reopening their doors for the first time in months today.
Saratoga Casino Hotel in Saratoga Springs will be welcoming back visitors starting at 2:00pm and Rivers Casino in Schenectady will reopen tonight at 6:00pm .
All casinos are required to have new air filters installed to prevent germs from spreading. Casino staff must make sure visitors are wearing mask, and that occupancy is limited to 25%.
