Coronavirus cases are on the rise across New York State, and Governor Cuomo is expressing hope a vaccine will be available soon.

However, the governor said yesterday he understands if New Yorkers are cautious about the success of a vaccine. He previously announced a panel of experts will take a close look at the vaccine before determining whether it's safe or not. The governor also says the task of vaccinating millions of people statewide will be a difficult one.
