Voters in three local Congressional districts will decide Tuesday who represents them on Capitol Hill moving forward.
The most contentious race in the area is in the 21st District where incumbent Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik is going against Democrat Tedra Cobb. In the 20th District, Democratic Congressman Paul Tonko takes on Republican Liz Joy. And finally, 19th District Congressman Antonio Delgado hopes to hold his seat against Republican Kyle Van De Water.
