Investigators are issuing an official final report on the October 2018 limousine crash that killed 20 people in Schoharie.

The NTSB concluded the probable cause was Prestige Limo's "egregious disregard for safety" and for New York State Department of Transportation's inadequate oversight. The limousine company operator, Nauman Hussian, is facing criminal charges, 20 Counts of manslaughter, and 20 counts of criminally negligent homicide. The crash sparked national and state legislation for limousine reforms. This final report was basically the same as the report that was issued by the NTSB at the end of September.
