An Albany man is arrested after a shots fired call in the city Wednesday night.
Police say they responded to a shots fired call on Dana Avenue near Lark Street around 9 Wednesday night. After their investigation, police say Rodney Matthews fired at least one shot. Nobody was injured. Police also discovered Matthews had a loaded gun on him when he was taken into custody. Matthews was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned Thursday morning.
