Albany County restaurant owners are going to be saving a bit of money thanks to County Executive Dan McCoy.
An executive order goes into effect today that will cap fees for third-party delivery services like DoorDash and GrubHub at 15%. In some cases, local businesses have been required to pay a commission charge of about 30 percent to have their food delivered. The order will remain in place for the next few days but will likely be extended.
