Governor Cuomo says he won't get the COVID-19 vaccine until it's available for all races and all income groups.

The governor making the comments Sunday in a pre-recorded address to the congregation of Harlem's historic Abyssinian Baptist Church. The 63-year-old Cuomo says he'd personally feel much safer if he took the vaccine, but that he wants to wait until it's available for his age group in black and Hispanic and poor communities. With the rollout of the vaccine going slower than expected in the state, the governor says he's committed to social and racial justice in its distribution.
