A 74-year-old man is rushed to the hospital in critical condition after being struck by a car in Albany.
Police say he was hit by a vehicle that was traveling on Washington Avenue near Ontario Street Tuesday night. The victim's name hasn't been released yet. Police also haven't said if the driver involved in the accident will be facing any charges.
