A report revealing how many nursing home residents across New York have died due to COVID-19 has been delayed for a third time.

That information was requested by the Empire Center back in August, but the state Department of Health says it won't be made public until at least March 22nd. Department officials say that's because the records being requested are still under review. The Empire Center believes there's no reason for this data to be withheld and have asked a judge to force its release.
