Colonie police have made a pair of arrests in connection with a robbery at a hotel.
Officials say 20-year-old Ava Maddalla met the victim online and lured him to the Hampton Inn and Suites on British American Boulevard January 11th. After Maddalla and the man went into a room, she and 25-year-old Khalil Hankins assaulted the victim before taking his vehicle, cash and debit card. Police are now looking into whether Maddalla and Hankins were involved in similar incidents in the Capital Region.
