The FBI has charged a Glens Falls man following violent protests at the U.S. Capitol that ended with five people dead.
Prosecutors say 29-year-old James Bonet was caught on camera inside the building on January 6th and smoking what appeared to be pot. Hundreds of protesters had entered the Capitol in an effort to prevent Congress from certifying President Biden's victory over former President Donald Trump. Bonet is now facing multiple federal charges.
