An Albany man has been arrested for making a threat that caused two Bethlehem-area schools to be placed on lockout.

Police say 35-year-old Michael Litz Junior called Saint Thomas the Apostle school in Delmar on Wednesday saying in part that all God's children are going to pay, before he hung up. Dismissal at Saint Thomas and nearby Bethlehem Central Middle School was put on hold while police searched the area. Litz was arraigned on several charges yesterday and released.
