Both the state Department of Motor Vehicles and Department of Transportation have agreed to release more documents connected to a deadly limo crash in Schoharie.

Attorneys for the victims' families have been asking for that information as they pursue legal action following the October 2018 tragedy that killed 20 people. A report by the National Transportation Safety Board said the accident was caused by faulty brakes on the vehicle and negligence by its owner, Prestige Limousine.
