Over $91,000 has been raised to help an Albany County Sheriff's Office sergeant with his medical bills.
A GoFundMe has been created for 30-year-old Sergeant Joseph Iachetta who was hurt Monday during a crash on Central Avenue in Colonie. His patrol vehicle collided with a tractor-trailer and the impact trapped him under the truck until he could be rescued. Iachetta suffered serious injuries and is still at Albany Medical Center.
