A Glens Falls man accused of being involved in the recent riots at the U.S. Capitol has pleaded not guilty to federal charges.

James Bonet was arraigned virtually Wednesday by a judge in Washington, DC. Prosecutors say the 29-year-old entered the Capitol building violently and without authorization on January 6th while lawmakers were certifying President Biden's win over former President Donald Trump. By the time the protests ended, five people were dead. Bonet's next court appearance is set for April.
