Governor Cuomo’s Approval Rating Plummets Nearly a Year Into Pandemic

A new poll shows the nursing home scandal and sexual harassment allegations are having an effect on what people think about Gov. Cuomo.

The exclusive News 10 ABC/Emerson College polls shows, in part, Cuomo's job approval is at 38.4%, with disapproval at 47.8%. If the election for Governor were held today, 64.1% say it's time for somebody new. And, when it comes to the nursing home controversy, 43.7% are very dissatisfied with Cuomo's response to nursing home deaths during the pandemic.
