After a year away, it looks like fans will be able to return to Saratoga Race Course this summer. The state said Wednesday that starting next week, tracks can be open to spectators, but capacity is limited to 20 %. The stands at the "Summer Place to Be" were empty last season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In a statement, NYRA said it was looking forward to having folks back and that ticketing information will be released soon. Opening day at Saratoga is set for Thursday, July 15th.
