A report from the state Attorney General's office has cleared two Schenectady police officers involved in a deadly shooting.

The officers encountered 34-year-old Michael Wallace at the Joseph Allen Apartments last March and opened fire after he threatened them with a pellet gun. The AG's office says since Wallace was experiencing a mental health issue and put lives in danger, the officers were justified in their actions. As a result, they won't be facing any criminal charges.
