Starting Thursday, all New Yorkers 16 and older will be eligible to walk-in and receive a COVID-19 shot at any state-run vaccination clinic.

Officials say the move is going to make it easier for more people to get their vaccinations. They also hope to eliminate the stress and anxiety some folks have felt when trying to make an appointment. Local and county vaccine clinics will also be allowed to open up to walk-ins Thursday.
