Albany police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Chyna Forney.
They say 18-year-old Alvin Foy shot her in the back on Essex Street May 3rd. Forney was rushed to Albany Medical Center but later died. Foy is facing several charges including murder and reckless endangerment. He was arraigned Thursday and sent to the Albany County Jail. Police say Foy and Forney knew each other but wouldn't comment further.
