The man facing charges in connection with a deadly limousine crash in Schoharie now knows his next court date.

Nauman Hussain is scheduled to appear in court on July 7th, two weeks after his lawyers and Schoharie County DA Susan Mallery meet with the judge handling the case. Hussain is facing dozens of counts of manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide for allegedly not making sure the limo was safe before renting it out. The vehicle slammed into a ditch near the Apple Barrel Country Store in October 2018, killing all 18 people on board and two bystanders.
